Chilli Flake

At Barnes Williams we know our onions, but do we also know our chillies? It seems we do and are now able to offer a competitively priced, blended chilli flake as an addition to our range.

These chillies have been contract grown for Barnes Williams therefore, we guarantee provenance and safety as processing takes place in a BRC accredited factory.

Our blended chilli flake is 3-6mm with a 15,000 – 25,000 Scoville heat. Available with and without steam treatment depending on your requirements.
